You never know when or where you will find the love of your life...In Chantel & Nick's case, it happened in a line of a movie theater. It was during a summer night, and they went separately with friends to watch a new release when Chantel's phone fell on the floor. Nick picked it up for her, and they found each other's eyes.
They started talking about random stuff until it was time to go in, then in an attempt to stay in contact they exchanged phone numbers. After that night, they started hanging out frequently. There was a significant attraction between them.
A wonderful year passed by and the love they felt for each other was growing more and more. Nick was sure that she was the woman of his dreams. One night, he took her to a romantic restaurant in town and asked her to marry him. She almost fainted! Tears of joy came to her eyes, it was so unexpected...but deep down she knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.
They both loved the beach and nautical activities in general, so when the question of where the wedding was going to be celebrated was discussed, they had no doubt about Redington Beach being the best location for such a special day.
A few months before the event, they handed invitations to both sides of the family and close friends so they could plan for their trip to Florida(most of them lived in Northern California). They were cute little bottles with a message inside with the wedding details.
All the clothing and accessories were bought at local stores in the Bay Area; flowers, cake, and rest of services were purchased in Florida, where the wedding will take place.The bride will be wearing a beautiful white, strapless, mermaid style dress; pearl drops earrings, a lovely hair comb with small seashells, gorgeous white high heels shoes, and a veil. The groom will be wearing a nice white shirt with gray pants and vest along with some beige nice and comfortable shoes.
The day that all were expecting is finally here, and the guests start to arrive at the venue and taking seats. There is an arch beautifully decorated with white and hot pink flowers in front of the sea, chairs with real starfish on the back for the guests on each side of the aisle and a wooden sign that reads ''Happily Ever After Starts Here''. The bridesmaids look fabulous in their full-length teal dresses, and the groomsmen are very elegant in their beige suits.
The music starts playing, and the couple shows up riding on a horse, what a cute entrance!
The groom stands by one side of the officiant with a big smile, and it's time for the bride to walk down the aisle.
The flower girl and the ring bearer are very excited to be part this event.
Once the ceremony is over, the couple leaves for a while to get some pictures taken and servers with delicious cocktails come out of nowhere to make sure people are attended to while waiting. Later on, the couple comes back, and everybody can move to the reception area. There is a surfboard outside with the seating arrangement.
There are long tables with turquoise and white tablecloths and elegant cutlery,sea-inspired centerpieces, candles and more flowers. Across the room, there is a DJ, and not far from there you can see a basket with flip flops so people can get comfortable and dance all night!
After dinner, the couple proceeds to do their first dance. A band and two professional choreographers are ready to get the party started, salsa and bachata songs fill the environment followed but a variety of rhythms. Before everybody leaves, the bride and the groom give the guests a small gift to thank them fo coming. They can also leave a message for them in a bottle(guest book), and kids can blow good wishes(bubbles)everywhere.
Last but not least, people get to enjoy a show of floating lanterns by the ocean, isn't it romantic?The lanterns, the seashore and the sound of the waves. They couldn't have chosen a better location to become husband and wife.
