Ways to save money on your wedding
1.-- Don’t get married on a Saturday, you can save a couple of thousand dollars by getting married any other day. 2.-Get married at the end of the off-season. 3.-Have the ceremony and reception in the same place. 4.-Fake your wedding cake. Have the baker make just the top tier real for you to cut and the rest made of cardboard for display. You can buy inexpensive sheet cakes and keep them in the back for the caterers to cut and serve to your guests. 5.-Don’t have real flowers. If you absolutely have to have real flowers, use more greenery and stick to a couple types of flowers only. 6.-Create a play list on the computer and dance your night away instead of hiring a DJ/band. 7.-Shop for white dresses that aren’t specifically wedding gowns(bridesmaid dresses, teen prom dresses…)you can always hire a seamstress to sew on some embellishments. 8.-Try to cut back on small fees that adds up. If you have anybody willing to help picking up flowers or other small things you can save a lot of money on delivery charges. 9.-Have bigger tables so you need less centerpieces and fewer tablecloths. 10.-Email your save-the-dates.
